My Planned Last Post.
As things have been progressing I find it in the best interests for me to step down as CCO of Gear Corp. While I have put in a great deal of time and effort into establishing this Corporation into what it is today, I believe this corp will still continue to grow steadily.
I really have given a piece of myself to the starting of Gear Corporation, offering my best with everything I do and try to do. While the work was immense and challenging it was in no way a deterent. It was a journey I'd done before and knew in my gut a journey, The Journey, I want to take.
The journey where I give my all to something important to me and hope to create an environment that thrives and knows it's taken care of in the best way I know how.
There is no regret. There is no loss, only hope and actions.
My hope is this Corp becomes what Predator hopes it to become, my actions I believe have steamrolled us there in a powerful and positive way.
I cannot help but give a summary list of just must be done in my contribution to Gear Corporation's growth:

The Start
Long term goals for corp, corp ads, mission statement and what we stand for , beginning recruitment, recruitment process and streamlining, first contact and impressions for recruits.
The Website
Creating Pages, Artwork, editing, typing information, SEOing, bookmark icons, links, format, Design, daily updates, and more
The Forums
Board creation, Board system editing
Group creation and editing of the forums and organizational structure, Registering and Recruitment design, events updates and more.
The Teamspeak:
Convincing the Leadership to moving to Teamspeak from vent, Group creation for all groups and permissions for each, channel creation, image adding, description and passwords and setups and icons for each group, editing guests so they may be limited to certain channels, updating new officers privileges and creating newer groups as needed.
Throughout:
Continued recruiting, creation of events, organization of events, planning, Always website, ingame MOTD bulletins, forums and forum ads cohesive updates, backlinking between and always focus on ease of use, readability and aesthetics.
The MOTD's on all channels, the API check list, the website updates, the logistics,
Suggestions for corp advancement and retainment and emotional leverage through true appreciation and value of team members abilities through trust and recognition.
And always a drive to become better, to make this corp better, and to attract the quality people who would like this standard in a corporation and help take it into the stratosphere.
